i am at lost for words

well all i can say is that i dont know who to trust anymore and i am lost at sea . what happened to me today just well its unexplainable if i event ry to explain it , it would probbaly go around in circles and it will be never ending. ... i dont know what to believe .

God please keep me strong during this vunerable period dont let me be torn down by this and let me prevail over this troubles.... there is person out there trying to break me down but let me be strong under your protective hands!
